当社は本日、既発2013年満期ユーロ建普通社債の買入消却について、上場取引所であるルクセンブルク証券取引所において別紙の開示を行いましたのでお知らせします。

SOFTBANK CORP. announces that it has repurchased in the open market and cancelled a portion of the Notes with the Paying Agent as stated below.

SOFTBANK CORP. may in the future consider further repurchases of the Notes, depending on market conditions at the time. No decision to make any further repurchases has been taken. SOFTBANK CORP. will make further announcements following any further significant repurchases.

2.Principal amount of notes repurchased and cancelled:

EUR 112,500,000

3.Method of repurchase:

A number of independent open market purchases during the period February 2008
through October 2008.

当社は2013年満期ユーロ建普通社債について、下記の通り市場での買入およびその消却を行いましたのでお知らせいたします。

なお、当社は今後市場の状況に応じて、当該社債の買入消却を検討する可能性があります。現時点で、当社で決定している追加の買入はありません。今後、さらにまとまった額の買入消却を実施した場合にはお知らせいたします。
