SOFTBANK CORP. announces that it has disclosed the attached notice concerning repurchase and redemption of its euro-denominated Senior Notes due 2013 (the “Notes”) at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange where the Notes are listed.

SOFTBANK CORP. announces that it has repurchased in the open market and cancelled a portion of the Notes with the Paying Agent as stated below.

SOFTBANK CORP. may in the future consider further repurchases of the Notes, depending on market conditions at the time. No decision to make any further repurchases has been taken. SOFTBANK CORP. will make further announcements following any further significant repurchases.
