Announcement Concerning Renewal of Credit Line Facility

SOFTBANK CORP. (hereafter ‘The Company’ announces that it has concluded a credit line facility contract with 37 of the main domestic and international financial institutions having a total amount of JPY 201.0 billion. This renews and increases the total amount of the existing (FY2007) credit line facility from JPY 200.0 billion.
