SOFTBANK CORP. (hereinafter ‘SOFTBANK’) announces that the impact through ‘Announcement on Recognition of Equity in Earnings of Affiliated Companies’ issued November 6, 2007 has been finalized as follows:

SOFTBANK expects to record approximately 55.0 billion JPY as equity in earnings of affiliated companies for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2008 (exchange rate as of November 6, 2007: 1HKD = 14.74JPY).
