Change in Industrial Classification

SOFTBANK CORP. (“SOFTBANK”) announces that the industrial classification of SOFTBANK on Tokyo Stock Exchange, on which SOFTBANK is listed, will be changed as shown below based on a decision made by the Securities Identification Code Committee.

The Local Code (9984), however, will remain the same.
