SOFTBANK CORP. (“SOFTBANK”) has made the following correction to its announcement of “(Additional announcement) Notice of Recognition of Equity in Earnings Under the Equity Method”, originally released on April 5, 2006.

1. Impacts on consolidated financial results

SOFTBANK expects to record approximately 9.7 billion yen in equity in earnings under the equity method as non-operating income for the first quarter for the fiscal year ending March 2007.
