Public Listing of cyber communications inc.

On September 21, cyber communications inc. (cyber communications below; main office in Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Toshio Arai, President), a SOFTBANK CORP. affiliate, was listed on the Nasdaq Japan Market (code No. 4788).

cyber communications’ initial offering price was 350,000 yen, but the shares were bid up to 809,000 yen on the first day of trading. Based on the closing bid price on the first day of trading, the market capitalization of cyber communications is approximately 199.8 billion yen.

In conjunction with the listing, cyber communications issued 7,000 new shares, increasing the total number of shares issued to 247,000 shares and reducing SOFTBANK CORP.’s effective equity position* in cyber communications from 49.00% to 47.61%. SOFTBANK CORP.’s investments in cyber communications total 501,760,000 yen, and based on the closing bid price on the first day of trading SOFTBANK CORP.’s holdings in cyber communications have a total market value of approximately 95.1 billion yen.
