In its commitment to addressing the low birthrate issue, the SOFTBANK Group actively assists employees in childrearing. As part of this effort we maintain a workplace in which employees can decide with confidence to have and rear children and organize events to provide opportunities for them and their family to communicate and strengthen ties. The SOFTBANK Group also provides information about volunteer activities and paid leave to participate in these, in order to promote contribution by employees to local communities.

Maintaining health and safety in the workplace

The SOFTBANK Group has established a system to ensure that its employees are physically and mentally healthy, fully energized and highly motivated to work. This system includes a Health Support Room to help employees stay healthy, an Employee Support Room to offer consultation to employees and Peer Supporters, who act as friendly colleague mentors.
